Seminars and corporate events
Can the villa be fully privatised for a seminar?
Yes, and it is the only rental format offered. Villa Terra hosts one group at a time: all 530 sqm and the 5,000 sqm of grounds are yours for the entire stay. No other guests, no outside traffic.
How many participants can attend a seminar?
The villa accommodates 14 participants across 5 bedrooms. The staff studio can house additional personnel. For daytime meetings without accommodation, capacity is higher — to be defined with the concierge depending on the format.
What working spaces are available?
The living room, dining room, cinema room (usable for screenings and presentations), covered terraces and pool house can all serve as working spaces. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the entire property.
Is confidentiality guaranteed?
The villa stands alone on the heights of Lecci, with no overlooking neighbours, within the private Torraccia estate. No staff is present permanently unless requested. It is a setting suited to leadership teams and sensitive discussions.
How far are the airports?
Villa Terra is about 15 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and 45 minutes from Figari airport (FSC). Ajaccio airport (AJA) is around 2 hours away. Private transfers can be arranged by the concierge.
When is the best time for a seminar?
May, June, September and October offer the best balance: favourable weather, a quiet island, and low and mid-season rates (€10,906 to €12,208 per week). This is the window most corporate groups choose.
